We pack these candles very carefully to avoid damage but we cannot make any guarantees and cannot replace candles or give refunds if the candles arrive damaged. Please consider this very carefully before ordering candles to be delivered.
This product also incurs higher delivery costs than most other items. Candles are packed separately from other items in a long, narrow box. Packing and delivery is $35 for this individual item to a limited range of locations (please consult the list of locations below).
